Dear Ms. Perrin:
It was a fortunate day when I came across the name of Victor Biswas and IVAT in your magazine. I placed your article in my files for a future date when I would be travelling to India on vacation.
This February (2013) my wife and I and a second couple travelled to northern India under the planning and guidance of Victor and his wonderful staff. We have travelled extensively in the past several years and have used many different agencies to plan our trips. Never have we encountered such caring and attentive staff as at IVAT.
Our trip was planned and explained to us in detail and every concern we had before going was allayed and proved to be found less under Ivat's guidance.
While in India we were met by an IVAT representative at every location and handed off personally by them to the local guides who were all excellent, patient with our incessant picture taking and knowledgeable. Every detail of the trip was planned to a tee but with enough flexibility and downtime that we never felt rushed. The guides and our driver who were with us the entire time were most accommodating and allowed us to easily change plans on the fly if we wanted to stop somewhere or do something different.
We are now planning a vacation to Bhutan and Nepal and needless to say, we are using the services of Victor Biswas and IVAT to plan this trip.
I most highly recommend IVAT to anyone considering a trip to Asia.
I had a great time in India. Returning yesterday, so I am still a little jet lagged.
But I would love to talk with you one or both. Either by phone or I can come by the office.
Kashmir was very powerful, interesting, and I thought I would like to tell you more details in case future clients are interested air India was very disappointing, consistently and i thought you might want to hear.
