We have loved our trip to India so far.  We have travelled all over the world and this is one of the trips we have loved the most.  Your people have been there at every possible moment doing everything.  Every time we arrive somewhere we are greeted by your people who take us through everything the city has to offer.  They are always extremely helpful and friendly.  The guides have been universally wonderful.

One of our favorite parts of the trip has been the hotels.  We stayed at the Oberoi Amarvillas first and loved it.  We got to the Rambagh Palace and liked it even more.  We also really liked Udaivillas.  We thought each hotel was even better.

We haven’t had the same experience in New Delhi.  Our rooms were not at all satisfactory so we asked for a change.  They were kind enough to upgrade us at no charge, but our new room was not much better.  We are overlooking a service entrance alleyway.  There is no heat in the rooms in the hotel and it is quite cold tonight in Delhi.  They had to give us a portable heater.

I am not writing to be complain, but I would suggest that in the future you consider booking your guests at another hotel in Delhi.
